  • 1 ½ kg roast pork, lean
  • 1 kg onion (s), roughly diced
  • tomato paste
  • Mustard, medium hot
  • 3 bay leaves
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

  1. Sear the roast and add the onions and fry until they have turned a nice color. Add the spices and fill up with a little water and 90 minutes
  2. let simmer.
  3. Due to the amount of onions, you don`t need flour for binding. The sauce is creamy.
  4. Ciabatta, boiled potatoes or other side dishes can also be tasted as desired.
