  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 400 ml meat broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Rinse the meat with cold water, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Fry all over in hot clarified butter in a roaster.
  2. Remove the meat, sauté the onions in the frying fat. Deglaze with vinegar and stock, bring to the boil. Add the meat again and stew in the oven for 90 minutes. This goes well with mashed potatoes.
