  • 1 kg roast pork (crust roast)
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 rolls
  • 300 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the meat and pat dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper on all sides and place in the Tupper Ultra.
  2. Chop the onions and add them for frying. Cut the rolls into small cubes, lightly salt them, fry them all over in the olive oil until crispy and also add to the frying.
  3. Put the lid on the pan and place the roast in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. Then add 300 ml of water, close the lid and put it back in the oven for 40 minutes.
  4. Now separate the meat and the rest. Place the roast in the Tupper Ultra again and put it in the oven for 20 minutes, the last 10 minutes of which only use top heat at the highest temperature so that the crust becomes crispy.
