Ingredients

  • 150 g rocket
  • 1 packet mozzarella balls
  • 16 grapes, light-colored, seedless
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, plum
  • 3 tablespoon oil, (grape seed oil)
  • salt
  • Maple syrup
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoon hazelnuts, roasted

Instructions

  1. Wash the rocket, sort and spin dry. Drain the mozzarella balls. Wash grapes and pluck from the stalks. Put the salad on a platter. Place the mozzarella balls and grapes alternately on the skewers and place on the salad.
  2. Mix the balsamic vinegar with salt, maple syrup and cinnamon. Beat in the oil and season to taste. Use the cinnamon sparingly, otherwise it will be too Christmassy. Spread the dressing over the salad and the skewers and sprinkle with roasted hazelnuts.
  3. Very tasty with grilled food! If the salad is served as a starter, ciabatta tastes good with it.
