Ingredients

  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 320 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 6 tablespoon coffee powder (mocha powder), instant
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • some cinnamon
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 250 g coconut fat
  • 7 tablespoon rum
  • 7 tablespoon milk
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 250 g desiccated coconut (coconut)

Instructions

  1. Put the first seven dough ingredients (up to and including cinnamon) in a bowl and stir well together. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C. When cooled, cut into strips.
  3. Now make a glaze. To do this, heat coconut oil until it is liquid. Then stir in 250 g powdered sugar, 7 tablespoon rum, 8 tablespoon milk, 20 g cocoa powder. Dip the cake strips in this liquid mass and immediately twist them in desiccated coconut.
  4. Then place on baking paper and let it set.
