Ingredients
- 500 g cherry tomato (s), sweet
- 6 gherkins or small pickles
- 1 onion (s)
- 4 teaspoons mustard
- 4 tablespoon cucumber stock
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, sweeter
- 50 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper

- For the dressing, mix the broth with the mustard, cucumber stock and balsamic vinegar and season well with salt and pepper.
- Wash tomatoes and cut in half (slices for plum tomatoes, dice for large tomatoes - so that you can eat them well) Finely dice the onion. Slice the gherkins and mix everything with the dressing.
- Let it steep before eating.
