- 6 tomato (s)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 packet feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- Oil, (garlic oil or other oil, to taste)

- Wash and clean the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice the pulp. Wash the spring onions, cut into thin strips and add to the tomatoes. Chop the chives and parsley and add. Dice the feta and add it as well. Mix in a little oil and season the salad with salt and pepper.
- This salad tastes particularly good on freshly toasted bread with quark.
