- 6 medium tomato (s)
- 1 small onion (s)
- some lemon juice, fresh or concentrate
- oil
- some condensed milk
- Sweetener, liquid or sugar
- Salt and pepper, whiter
- some parsley, fresh or dried

- Wash tomatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel onion and chop finely. Put in a salad bowl or tupper bowl.
- Put a good shot of oil, lemon and condensed milk in it. And a careful squirt of liquid sweetener (if you don`t have one, it should work with normal sugar too, if you mix it with the lemon concentrate beforehand). Season with plenty of white pepper and a little salt. Finally mix with finely chopped parsley and season again to taste.
- The marinade tastes slightly sweet, creamy and peppery. Mix everything well. The salad tastes best when it can sit for 30 minutes.
- The information with the ingredients can vary depending on your taste more or less onion or parsley. That`s why it tastes better at your own discretion. Just be careful with the liquid sugar, as sweetening it away is so difficult
