- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 1 cup cream
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- vinegar

- Peel the cucumbers and slice them into very fine slices. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Stirring occasionally.
- After about an hour, pour off the cucumber water and add the finely diced onion and mustard. Prepare a sauce from vinegar, sugar, pepper and cream, pour over the cucumber and mix everything well.
