Ingredients
- 5 large carrot (s)
- 1 small clove garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 3 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon linseed oil or walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- sea salt

- Put all ingredients except the carrots in a bowl and stir well.
- Peel the carrots, cut off the ends and roughly chop the carrots, then chop the grain of rice in a multi-chopper. You can of course grate the carrots finely, but we`ve found that they just taste better when chopped.
- Put the carrots in the bowl with the dressing and stir the salad well. If necessary, season again with sea salt.
- We eat this salad with fried chicken and fried fish or simply as a snack in between.
