  • 1 glass pesto
  • 300 g ham (farmer`s ham)
  • 4 tablespoon Marsala
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml veal stock

Instructions

  1. Brush the saddle of veal with pesto and wrap evenly with ham. Possibly fix (with thread or toothpicks). First on the ham seam, then fry well all around. Cook in the oven preheated to 160 ° C for 40 minutes.
