Ingredients

  • 4 chicken leg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch sage
  • 100 g jelly (quince jelly)
  • 4 tablespoon cider
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Loosen the skin from the chicken legs a little and slide 3 sage leaves under the skin for each leg. Heat the jelly and mix with the oil, cider and pepper. Brush the chicken drumsticks with it. Cover and marinate for 5 hours, turning several times.
  2. Take out, pat dry a little and then grill for about 30 minutes. Turn and brush with the marinade in between.
