Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), preferably not that big
  • 3 lemon (s)
  • 1 bunch sage
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook them with peel for 10-12 minutes. Drain the potatoes and let them cool. Peel the lemon generously and cut into not so thin slices. Wash the sage and drain well. Put the potatoes on skewers alternately with lemon and sage and season with salt and pepper. Put the olive oil in a bowl and stir together the cloves of garlic, grated with salt.
  2. Brush the potato skewers with the garlic oil and cook on the grill.
