  • 800 g potato (s), small
  • salt
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground
  • 2 lemon (s)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine)
  • 2 tablespoon meat broth
  • 1 tablespoon cognac
  • 8 clove garlic
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes (unpeeled) in salted water for about 15 minutes, cut in half. Squeeze the lemons. Mix the juice with the vinegar, meat stock and cognac. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chop the garlic, add to the lemon sauce with the olive oil and beat well with a whisk. Pour over the potatoes and leave to steep, depending on your taste, but at least 15 minutes.
  2. Then stick the potatoes on skewers and grill over a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning several times until they have taken on a good color.
