- Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Skewer these on wooden skewers. Then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with oil on all sides.
- Then season the skewers as you like, e.g. with fried chicken and paprika.
- Put in the oven for about 25-35 minutes at 220 degrees.
- Then maybe add some salt.
- Go with the crispy chicken breast from the oven (head chef) or simple grill steaks that can be cooked on a second tray at the same time.
