Mashed Potato Chips

Everyone ate potato chips and, it seemed, there was nothing to surprise. We offer a recipe for how to make mashed potato chips. They did not expect? Take a pen and write down the recipe! You will need a waffle iron.

Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and boil until tender. Drain all the water, add butter, eggs and milk, knead everything in puree. Pour flour to the consistency of thick homemade sour cream, salt and add seasonings to taste, mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
Turn on the electric waffle iron, heat up and drip some vegetable oil.
For thin chips, just put a tablespoon of mashed potatoes in the middle.
Be sure to make sure that the chips do not burn. Put the finished cakes on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.
Sprinkle with coarse salt or seasonings on top. Serve alone or with a sauce.
