- 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 30 g parmesan, freshly rated
- some cayenne pepper

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan oven. Make a spice mixture from paprika powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, rosemary, salt and parmesan. Clean the peeled potatoes well with a vegetable brush and rub dry. With great care, stick a wooden skewer through the potatoes. When the skewer is halfway in the potato, you can carefully tap the wooden skewer on the worktop and hold the potato. Then it is associated with less effort. Push the skewered potato in the middle of the skewer, place it on a board and cut into a spiral with a sharp knife down to the wooden skewer. This may take a little practice. The thicker the slices, the longer the baking time afterwards. Carefully pull the spirals apart and brush with olive oil inside and out, sprinkle with the spice mixture and place on the baking sheet. Bake the potato spirals for about 15 minutes, turn and bake for another 15 minutes until crispy.
