Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cucumber (s), possibly not whole
  • 2 onions)
  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 7 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 6 slices ham, cooked, or less
  • 1 radish (s)
  • 7 slices Gouda cheese, young or medium-old)
  • 3 cups natural yogurt
  • 8 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • lots herbs

Instructions

  1. Spin the selected and washed lettuce so that it is dry. Arrange as a layer on a plate. Put on the cake ring. Now layer all the other ingredients in slices, press down on individual layers well, do not season. Let it stabilize for several hours in the refrigerator, also overnight. Sprinkle with chives before serving.
  2. Serve the sauce separately.
  3. Tip: Be careful when slicing, this requires a bit of tact. Do not cut the cake pieces too big, otherwise the individual portion will be too big.
