Ingredients
For the dressing:
- 1 handful chives
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
For the salad:
- 500 g cocktail tomatoes, red and yellow
- 500 g mini mozzarella
- 0.5 ½ honeydew melon (s)

- For the dressing, rinse off the chives, pat dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix with balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and oil in a bowl.
- For the salad, rinse the tomatoes and rub dry. Drain the mozzarella balls in a colander. Halve and core the melon and cut out small balls from the pulp with a ball cutter.
- Mix the tomatoes, mozzarella balls and melon balls in the bowl with the dressing and leave to stand for at least 20 minutes. Fill the salad into bowls or cups and serve garnished with skewers.
- Goes well with grilling, pan-fried foods, but also on the buffet.
