- 750 g ribbon noodles, fresh
- 1 head broccoli
- 4 port. Salmon fillet (s), frozen
- 150 g butter
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 0.75 liter ¾ milk
- 1 ½ cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup cream
- 400 g cheese, (Gouda) in one piece
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Lemon juice
- Herbs

- Put the butter in a saucepan and heat it up, add the flour and lightly brown. Then add milk, cream and crème fraîche and stir until smooth. Bring to the boil and simmer for a few minutes so that the flour taste disappears. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and nutmeg. Also add herbs (e.g. dill) and season with a stock cube as desired. Halve the frozen salmon lengthways and cut into cubes, grate the cheese. Put 200 g of cheese and the salmon in the sauce and thaw the salmon in it and let the cheese melt.
- Cook the broccoli florets and noodles in a large saucepan with salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
- Then put the pasta and broccoli in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the casserole and place in the oven at 180 ° C until the cheese is golden brown.
