Instructions

  1. Let the salmon thaw a little and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rub with salt, pepper, lemon and plenty of dill and set aside.
  2. Finely dice the onion and sauté lightly in a saucepan with a little oil. Add the frozen spinach and thaw with the lid open (!) And over medium heat. You want the spinach to lose as much fluid as possible. You can also put it in a fine sieve after boiling and squeeze out the water with a tablespoon. Remove from heat, season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg, fold in eggs.
  3. Cut the feta into small cubes. Rub the mold with a little oil or butter and then layer the ingredients. Spinach, then salmon and feta, again spinach the top layer of cheese. Bake in the oven for approx. 20 - 30 minutes at 180 ° C (fan oven).
