Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 2 large egg (s)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 250 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cup flour
  • 0.25 ¼ cup milk
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs lightly, mix with the yogurt, water, softened butter, flour and feta. The mass should be thick - if necessary, dilute with a little milk.
  2. Pour into a greased baking dish - approx. 30 x 45 cm - and spread the olive oil mixed with the milk over it. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  3. This results in a thin flatbread that can be filled or, cut into narrow slices, is very suitable as finger food.
  4. Spices are not necessary as feta is aromatic.
