Ingredients

  • 6 salmon fillet (s), frozen
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 2 large apples
  • 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, sweeter
  • 1 cup white wine, approx. 200 - 250 ml
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Thaw the salmon fillet, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish. Dice the peppers and apples and sprinkle over them. Mix the crème fraîche with the chives, mustard, white wine and curry and pour over the casserole.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  3. Croquettes are perfect as a side dish.
