Ingredients

  • 300 g salmon fillet (s), fresh
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 cup cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 packet herbal cream cheese, approx. 200 g
  • salt
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Melt some margarine in the pan, fry the salmon fillet in it and sprinkle some lemon juice over it and season with salt.
  2. When the salmon is done, add the cream and bring to the boil. Mix the sauce with the cream cheese and egg yolk and bring to the boil again. Season to taste with salt.
  3. We also had pasta with olive oil and fresh rocket salad.
