Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon mustard, grainy
  • 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 g salmon, smoked
  • 1 herring fillet (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 4 teaspoons crème fraîche
  • dill

Salmon – Herring – Tartare on Cucumber

Instructions

  1. Mix the mustard, honey, vinegar and oil together. Wash and finely chop the dill and stir into the dressing. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Dice the salmon and herring very finely. Peel and dice the onion and mix with the fish. Season to taste with pepper.
  3. Clean, wash and peel the cucumber if necessary. Slice into thin slices and divide between 4 plates. Serve the tartare on top.
  4. Spread 1 teaspoon of crème fraîche on each tartar. Drizzle everything with honey mustard sauce and garnish with dill and lemon wedges.
  5. Baguette tastes good with it.
  6. Tip:
  7. If you want it to be particularly accurate: place a round cookie cutter (7 cm) on the cucumber and press 1/4 of the tartar into each. Carefully pull off the ring.
