Ingredients

  • 300 g salmon fillet (s) (sushi quality)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon ginger, diced
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
  • Chilli, fresh, green or red or chilli flakes
  • Pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Peel and debone the salmon, if necessary, cut into 1 cm cubes. Finely dice the spring onion and ginger.
  2. Mix everything in a bowl, season with lime juice, pepper and soy sauce. If the spiciness of ginger is not enough for you, you can add a special accent with a very finely chopped green chilli pepper - a red one is also possible, of course, or chilli flakes.
  3. However, the aromas should not be suppressed by the sharpness, it is not a test of courage
  4. Potato rösti, homemade potato chips or just baguette taste great as side dishes.
