Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s), ripe
  • 3 apricot (s), ripe
  • 1 large chilli pepper (s), red
  • 4 salmon steak (s)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, green, pickled
  • sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoon oil

Salmon with Mango and Apricots

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the mango and apricots. Then put about half of the mango and the whole pulp of the apricots together with the honey, oil, pepper, chillies and garlic in a bowl and puree. Add a dash of vinegar, salt, sugar, curry and paprika to taste.
  2. Place the steaks in a bag made of aluminum foil and pour the mixture over them. Now roll up the aluminum foil at the top and place it in the oven preheated to 220 degrees. Cook there at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depending on how you want the fish through). Then place on the plate with the aluminum foil so that every drop of the sauce can be eaten.
  3. Serve with couscous or rice and salad.
