Ingredients

  • 1 cube yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, (make it liquid)
  • 125 ml oil
  • 250 ml water
  • 500g flour
  • 200 g salami
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 small can Sauerkraut, (300g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a smooth yeast dough from yeast, salt, liquid sugar, oil, water and flour and let rise. Knead the salami, ham and sauerkraut under the dough (all three ingredients cut into small pieces). Shape the dough into rolls, approx. 10 pieces, depending on the desired size. Bake at 200 ° for about 25 minutes (depending on the size of the rolls).
