  • 300 g meat sausae
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • some butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and sausage. Drain the mushrooms. Fry the onion in the butter until translucent, then add the meat sausage and fry until the meat sausage has got some color. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly.
  2. Deglaze everything with the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Stir in mustard and cream. Let the sauce boil down a little, bind if necessary.
  3. If you like a lot of sauce, you should use 1.5 times the amount for vegetable broth, cream and mustard. I like a lot of mushrooms. A can is usually sufficient.
  4. We traditionally have rice with it, but it certainly tastes good with other side dishes too.
