Ingredients

  • 500 g heart (s), (beef or pork heart)
  • 4 tablespoon onion (s), diced
  • 30 g fat
  • 500 water, - 750 ml
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled flour
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • vinegar
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the heart pieces, cut out tubes and tendons. Cut the meat into cubes and dry them. Fry the onion and meat cubes in the hot fat. Pour in the water. Stir in the paprika powder and bay leaf and stew the meat for about 60 minutes. Salt and pepper. Mix the flour with a little cold water. Thicken the sauce with it and season to taste with tomato paste, vinegar and sugar.
