Ingredients

  • 300 g sausae (Lyoner), cut into strips
  • 1 onion (s), cut into rings
  • 100 g pickles or herkins, sliced
  • 2 g suar
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • Crema di Balsamico (e.g. Crema con Condimento Bianco Italiano)

Instructions

  1. Put the sausage cut into strips in a bowl. Place the onion rings and cucumber slices in the bowl. Add sugar, plenty of pepper and oil and mix well.
  2. Add the crema to taste. I take 1 tablespoon full to find the right balance for us between the hot pepper and the sweetness of the crema.
  3. The sausage salad can be eaten immediately, but it can also be prepared well in advance.
