Ingredients
- 300 g sausae (Lyoner)
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 cucumber (s)
- 6 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
- 4 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 6 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper
- parsley
- Garlic powder and / or paprika powder

- Cut the Lyoner, pickles and onion either into slices or strips. Put everything in a bowl. Add the vinegar, oil, water, mustard and parsley. Season to taste with salt, pepper (possibly garlic and paprika). Mix well and let it steep for at least an hour.
