Ingredients

  • 1 large savoy cabbage
  • 8 minced meat dumplings (Köttbullar)
  • 200 g Goronzola
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • some butter
  • 1 dash cream
  • 2 liters water
  • 8 teaspoons broth, grained
  • 1 pinch (s) caraway powder
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Bring the water in the pot with the granular broth to a boil. Cut and wash the savoy cabbage. Put leaves in the boiling broth and add caraway seeds. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Then add a piece of butter, cream and nutmeg. Add garlic, Gorgonzola, paprika powder and curry powder and bring to the boil again briefly. Finally quarter the fried Köttbullar and add to the pot.
