Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 packet cream cheese (brunch paprika-peppers)
  • 500 ml vegetable stock or fish stock
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g crabs
  • some Tabasco or
  • Sambal Oelek
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Steam in margarine until translucent. Sprinkle in flour, deglaze with broth. Add tomato paste and brunch.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and Tabasco, add the cream and shrimp. Let simmer briefly, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
  3. Crabs are not allowed to cook for a long time, they are getting smaller and firmer.
