Scallops in Lemon Sauce

For those who want to impress their guests, a delicious scallop recipe. They prepare quickly.

Ingredients

  • Sea scallops – 12 pcs.
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Dry wine (pink or white) – 50 ml
  • Parsley
  • Bulb onions – 1/4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.

Directions

  1. Defrost the scallops.
  2. Mix lemon juice and wine in a bowl.
  3. Fry the onion in small cubes in vegetable oil. Add chopped parsley.
  4. Add scallops, fry slightly.
  5. Pour in a mixture of juice and wine.
  6. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Can be served in shells (I keep it especially for serving seafood) or in portioned outlets.
