Scallop – the recipe for which is offered here, it is dietary seafood with high nutritional value and taste. Tender scallop meat is rich in proteins and trace elements. According to this recipe, scallops are sprinkled with red pepper, the amount of which can be adjusted as you wish.

Ingredients

  • Scallop – 750 g
  • Chili pepper (powder) – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 2 teaspoon
  • Salsa (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash scallops and dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the scallops, fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve scallops with any salsa.
