Ingredients

  • 1 packet potato noodles from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 leek
  • some broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Fry the potato noodles until they are golden brown.
  2. In the meantime, cut the leek into rings and the zucchini into cubes. Add zucchini briefly with fry. Then add the leek and fry until it is nice and soft. Add sour cream and stir in, simmer a little and season to taste.
