Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 1 packet potato noodles
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • sea-salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Spice mix, (chicken seasoning)
  • oil

Instructions

  1. First fry the chicken on both sides in a little oil and season with chicken seasoning. Push the meat aside and fry the potato noodles in the chicken fat until golden brown.
  2. Finally add the spring onions and fry them briefly.
  3. For the dip, mix the creme fraiche with sea salt and a few squirts of lemon juice to taste.
