Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 2 liters water
  • 1 bunch soup vegetables
  • 4 lovage leaves
  • 50 g bacon
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon lard
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar, (to taste)
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ mustard, (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Clean and finely chop the soup vegetables, add to the water and boil. Grate half of the potatoes raw, dice the other half. After 10 minutes of cooking, add the diced potatoes and cook until cooked. In the meantime, dice the bacon and onions and leave out / fry until translucent. After the potatoes are cooked, add the pureed potatoes and the bacon / onion mixture. Weigh the lovage finely and add it as well. Season well with pepper, salt, vinegar and mustard.
  2. Toasted bread tastes good with it.
