  • 125 g oat roats
  • 500 ml water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 125 ml milk
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 20 g sesame seeds, toasted
  • 200 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. First soak the oat groats for about 30 minutes in a good 500 ml of cold water. Then bring to the boil with soaking water and salt and leave to soak in the saucepan over medium heat without a lid for about 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  2. After swelling, stir in the milk and serve very hot on preheated plates. Top with sugar, possibly toasted sesame seeds and whipped cream.
