Instructions

  1. Stir the fat until foamy, stir in the egg, as well as the semolina and salt. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes. Shape dumplings with 2 tablespoons. Let the dumplings cook in boiling salted water or in the soup for 5 minutes and then let them steep for about 15 minutes.
