Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ soy milk (soy drink) (vanilla soy milk) *
- 100 g soft wheat semolina
- 40 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar or better real vanilla sugar (homemade)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon. Margarine, if you like it
- cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling

- Mix everything in a saucepan over low heat and simmer for a few minutes until the semolina is not too firm. Stir constantly, otherwise it will burn easily.
- Especially delicious sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar or with canned fruit. The variant with the margarine in it is of course a bit heavier and not everyone likes it, but I especially like it on cold days in winter.
- * I take Alpro`s because it doesn`t have a soy aftertaste
