Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ soy milk (soy drink) (vanilla soy milk) *
  • 100 g soft wheat semolina
  • 40 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar or better real vanilla sugar (homemade)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon. Margarine, if you like it
  • cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a saucepan over low heat and simmer for a few minutes until the semolina is not too firm. Stir constantly, otherwise it will burn easily.
  2. Especially delicious sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar or with canned fruit. The variant with the margarine in it is of course a bit heavier and not everyone likes it, but I especially like it on cold days in winter.
  3. * I take Alpro`s because it doesn`t have a soy aftertaste
