Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 125 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt
- 20 g butter
- 300 g fruit your choice
- egg yolk
- cinnamon and sugar

- Bring the milk to the boil (be careful, it boils over slightly). Then take the saucepan off the stove and stir in the semolina. Add the butter, a pinch of salt and the sugar. Put the lid on the pot and let it stand for a few minutes. Just before serving, stir in the egg yolks.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve with fruit of your choice.
