- 250 g lentils
- 40 g butter
- 30 grams flour
- 250 ml milk
- salt and pepper

- Soak the lentils in water for at least 24 hours. Then cook in the salted lentil water for about 30 minutes. Put the lentils in a colander and rinse under running water.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and sweat. Then pour in the milk, boil down until creamy, add the lentils and season with salt and pepper.
