Ingredients
- 3 fish (s), filleted herring or herring fillets in oil
- 200 g bacon, fat
- 2 small onions
- 1 medium pickled cucumber (s)
- some pepper, crushed
- possibly herbs, cut as desired

- Finely chop the fish fillets and fatty bacon with the chopping knife. Finely dice the onions and pickles. Put everything in a larger bowl and mix with pepper and possibly herbs.
- Tip: The brine from the fillets from the package can be stirred underneath.
- Serve with jacket potatoes or coarse, dark bread.
