- 375 ml milk, low in fat
- 3 tablespoon semolina
- 2 tablespoon raisins
- some sweetener
- some cinnamon powder
- 4 peach (s), halves, canned without sugar

- Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan, stir in the semolina, remove from the stove. Stir in the raisins, sweetener and cinnamon. Dice the peach halves and place on the semolina.
