Mix the flour with the yeast. Melt the butter and add it. Add salt and milk and knead everything into a smooth dough.
Put the dough in a floured bowl and cover and let rise for about 30 minutes.
After the resting time, knead the dough well again and divide into 14 pieces. Shape each part into approx. 30 cm long rolls and braid them. Beat the egg and brush the braids with it and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
