Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 0.5 ½ pack tomato sauce
  • 100 g cheese, rated, e.. Grana Padano
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First mix everything without the 3 eggs and tomato sauce. Finally mix in the 3 eggs, then add the tomato sauce. If necessary, add some breadcrumbs until the mixture is firm enough to form small meatballs.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meatballs all around until they are brown.
