Ingredients

  • 250 g cane suar
  • 1 pinch vanilla
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 300 g flour (wholemeal spelled flour)
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 150 g hazelnuts, round
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 point gingerbread spice
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 4 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, flour, baking powder, nuts, cocoa and gingerbread spice together. Heat the milk (do not boil) and add the butter, let it melt.
  2. Let cool a little and add to the flour mixture, stir immediately.
  3. Then add the eggs and honey - the result should be a homogeneous dough.
  4. Spread the whole thing on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 200 ° C - let it cool down and cut into small rectangles.
