  • 3 teaspoons peppercorns, green
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 200 ml meat broth
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • salt
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into fine strips. Finely dice the onion.
  2. Fry the meat in the hot oil, add the onion cubes and sauté briefly. Add green peppercorns and dust everything with the flour. Deglaze with the meat stock, stir in the crème fraîche and bring the sauce to the boil. Season to taste with salt and paprika, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  3. It goes well with ribbon noodles and green salad.
